Minimum Requirements
1. Companies need to be a Canadian Controlled Private Corporation (CCPC) meaning it’s registered in Canada with a majority Canadian citizen owner.2. Minimum of 2 T4 Full time employees and $200,000 in revenue for the last fiscal year.3. There is also a requirement to get a letter of attestation from your CPA that you can pay the salary of the engineer(s) you’ll be hiring.
