Led the migration from Kaniko to BuildKit for container image builds, improving reliability, security (rootless mode), and performance through parallel execution and advanced caching. Developed and maintained Helm charts enabling repeatable, version-controlled deployments across diverse customer environments on AKS. Implemented Ansible playbooks for automated provisioning, environment variable management, and deployment orchestration across AWS and Azure. Managed operational health through monitoring, logging, and incident response—including pod lifecycle, resource sizing, NGINX ingress, SSL/TLS termination, and PVC management. Customer facing role helping Fortune 500 companies improve their Agentic AI workflows. Supported Rails application debugging (ActiveRecord, SolidQueue, Puma) in containerized production environments, coordinating fixes across Product and Core Engineering.
