Role

The company is seeking a Software Developer to help modernize and evolve an enterprise application suite. The role focuses on building scalable platforms with .NET, C#, and Blazor, while helping migrate legacy JavaScript-based applications to a modern Blazor architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using .NET, C#, and Blazor.
• Support the migration of legacy JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS and jQuery to Blazor.
• Improve application performance, security, scalability, standards, and technical best practices.
• Work with product owners, architects, QA engineers, and Agile/Scrum teams to deliver production-ready software each sprint.
• Analyze code, evaluate technologies, and optimize Microsoft SQL Server database work to solve complex technical challenges.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience with .NET/.NET Core.
• Hands-on experience with C#, Blazor, Microsoft SQL Server, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with unit testing backend business logic and delivering production-ready code.
• Comfort using AI-assisted development tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Cursor.
• Ownership mindset, strong judgment, fast learning ability, and logical problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to complete mandatory HIPAA training and awareness compliance.
• Advanced English, including excellent written and oral communication.

Nice to have

• Experience building or consuming RESTful web services and Web APIs.
• Exposure to .NET 10 features and advanced Blazor server/WebAssembly rendering modes.
• Experience migrating legacy frontend architectures in complex corporate environments.
• Exposure to healthcare data standards or secure cloud infrastructure such as Azure.
