About the Opportunity
Our hiring partner is building software for an industry that still relies heavily on outdated financial workflows. They're looking for a product-minded engineer who can own experiences from concept to launch — not someone limited to implementing tickets or assembling generic SaaS dashboards from an existing component library.
This role sits at the intersection of engineering and product design. You'll collaborate closely with founders to craft polished user experiences across the customer platform, operational tools, and public-facing web presence. The expectation is that you can both design and build high-quality interfaces with strong attention to detail.
The engineering culture is highly execution-oriented and AI-native. The team actively uses modern AI tooling and agent-assisted workflows as part of day-to-day development, not as experimentation.
If your work only exists as mockups, prototypes, or design concepts, this role likely won't be the right fit. The team wants to see real production products you personally helped design and ship.
