We’re looking for a hands-on Quality Engineering leader to own and scale our test automation strategy in a fast-growing SaaS environment. This is a player-coach role combining deep technical execution with strategic ownership of quality practices.

You’ll build and maintain robust automation frameworks (Playwright), integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, and drive reliable, high-speed releases. You’ll also mentor engineers and explore AI-driven approaches to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

Key requirements:

• Strong experience building test automation frameworks from scratch
• Deep expertise in Playwright and modern E2E testing practices
• Solid TypeScript/JavaScript and Node.js experience
• Hands-on experience with AWS, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
• Experience with scalable systems, async workflows, and failure handling

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI-powered testing tools
• Performance/load testing experience
• SaaS or production system exposure

This is a fully remote role in a modern, product-driven environment with a strong focus on quality, scalability, and innovation.
