About the Role

The company is hiring a senior iOS-focused Product Engineer / Product Designer to improve the overall user experience across the mobile application. This role combines product thinking, iOS engineering, experimentation, and design execution.

You will work directly with founders and own features end-to-end — from identifying product opportunities to implementation, testing, and measuring impact. The ideal candidate enjoys shipping quickly, solving ambiguous product problems, and building polished consumer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and improve iOS features using Swift and SwiftUI
• Optimize onboarding, activation, retention, and core user flows
• Run experiments and A/B tests using product analytics
• Improve app quality, performance, and usability
• Quickly resolve bugs and UX issues
• Own features from concept through production release

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of iOS engineering experience with shipped consumer applications
• Strong expertise in Swift and SwiftUI
• Strong product intuition and user experience sensibility
• Experience thinking in end-to-end product flows, not just isolated screens
• Strong understanding of user behavior, funnels, and retention
• Ability to move quickly in startup environments with high ownership
• Strong communication skills in English
• Based in LATAM with reliable async collaboration availability

Nice to Have

• Experience with consumer mobile apps at scale
• Background in growth, onboarding, retention, or subscription optimization
• Familiarity with A/B testing and product analytics tools
• Some backend/API experience
• Previous startup experience in fast-moving teams
• Portfolio or side projects demonstrating strong product and design taste
