About the Role

The ideal candidate is an experienced engineer able to work full stack across a multi-tenant messaging platform. The candidate would be working closely with other engineers, QA and product to implement features, manage production and assist in scaling the platform

Essential Skills & Experience

• 10+ years experience developing web-based, cloud-hosted software in a team environment 
• 5+ years of Java experience 
• 5+ years of SQL experience (Postgres) 
• React, TypeScript experience 
• Experience leveraging AI tooling for SDLC
• Experience managing production data systems 
• Strong understanding of cloud (AWS) 
• Strong understanding of Devops principles and systems (CI/CD, Github) 
• Well-rounded knowledge of platform architecture 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills 
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
