About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Enablement Consultant for a high-priority, 60-day engagement to institutionalize Next.js expertise across our Professional Services organization.

The primary goal is to eliminate SME bottlenecks. You will not be performing migrations yourself; instead, you will be the architect of a comprehensive enablement program. You will empower our Solution Architects (SAs), Technical Solution Consultants (TSCs), Technical Migration Consultants (TMCs), and PMO to confidently scope, sell, and support Next.js engagements on the Pantheon platform. By the end of this contract, the PS team should be fully self-sufficient and capable of delivering Next.js projects at scale.

Most Important

• Deep, credible knowledge of Next.js. You must be able to hold your own in deep-dive architectural sessions with SAs while simplifying concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience building and delivering technical training programs specifically for Engineering or Professional Services teams.
• Strong understanding of how headless frameworks interface with traditional CMS platforms (specifically Drupal and WordPress).
• Ability to create "source of truth" documentation, including architectural patterns, scoping templates, SOW (Statement of Work) templates, and technical validation checklists.
• Experience tailoring complex information for different personas—moving seamlessly from executive-level scoping summaries to hands-on technical workshops.

Nice To Have

• Experience working within a PS or Agency model where scoping accuracy is critical to project profitability.
• Experience helping teams transition from "monolithic" thinking to "decoupled" workflows.
