Full-Stack Developer (Python + React)

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer to join our engineering team and contribute to the development of scalable, high-performance applications. This role requires strong backend expertise with Python and modern frontend development experience using React.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the full stack, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and thrives in fast-paced environments where adaptability and collaboration are key.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications
• Build and optimize backend services and APIs using Python frameworks such as FastAPI
• Develop responsive and modern user interfaces using React
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Design and maintain relational database structures and queries
• Integrate internal and external systems through APIs and service-oriented architectures
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
• Support deployment processes and collaborate on system improvements

Mandatory Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer
• Strong backend experience with Python (FastAPI or similar frameworks)
• Solid frontend experience with React
• Experience working with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
• Proven ability to work across the full stack (backend and frontend)
• Strong understanding of API design and system integrations
• Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Node.js
• Familiarity with Vue.js
• Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or other cloud platforms
• Basic knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and Linux environments
