Kinaxis RapidResponse Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a Kinaxis RapidResponse Specialist with deep expertise in configuring and optimizing Kinaxis solutions to support supply chain planning processes. This role is focused on designing, building, and deploying Kinaxis models and planning solutions, rather than general supply chain planning or heavy system integrations.

You will play a key role in enabling S&OP, Demand Planning, and Supply Planning capabilities through hands-on configuration and scenario modeling within Kinaxis RapidResponse.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and enhance solutions within Kinaxis RapidResponse
• Build and maintain workbooks, dashboards, and forms to support business planning needs
• Develop and manage planning scenarios for demand, supply, and S&OP processes
• Work with and optimize the Kinaxis data model to ensure accuracy and performance
• Support end-to-end implementation cycles (design → build → testing → deployment)
• Translate business requirements into scalable Kinaxis configurations
• Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders to improve planning efficiency and visibility
• Ensure data consistency and usability across planning workflows

Mandatory Requirements

• Deep expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse
• Hands-on experience with:Workbooks, dashboards, and forms
  Planning scenarios
  Data model configuration and understanding
  
• Proven experience in:S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning)
  Demand Planning
  Supply Planning
  

Strong Differentiators

• Kinaxis RapidResponse certification
• Participation in at least one full Kinaxis implementation cycle (6+ months), including design, build, and deployment phases

Nice to Have

• Experience optimizing planning workflows within Kinaxis
• Exposure to complex, global supply chain environments
• Familiarity with performance tuning and large-scale data handling within Kinaxis

• This is not a general Supply Chain Planner role
• This is not an integration-heavy position
• The focus is on:Configuring and designing within Kinaxis RapidResponse
  Building planning workbooks and scenarios
  Supporting core planning functions (S&OP, Demand, Supply)
  Driving end-to-end implementation cycles
  

Additional Requirement

• US Visa (valid work authorization for the United States) is required

• Hands-on Kinaxis expert with strong configuration experience
• Able to translate planning needs into system design
• Comfortable working directly within the platform (not just functional planning)
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes with a technical mindset
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions
