About the Role

This high leverage position focuses on building the agent ready infrastructure that transforms a collection of logistics tools into a unified, AI native operating system. Rather than building customer facing features, you will design the systems that dictate the velocity of the entire engineering organization. You will build Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations, shared skill registries, and automated feedback loops while unifying fragmented codebases into a composable set of shared platform services.

Most Important

• Strong Production Experience in either Elixir/Phoenix or TypeScript with a focus on building scalable systems.
• Platform and Infrastructure Depth involving the creation and adoption of internal developer platforms.
• Practical AI Infrastructure Experience including running agents in production adjacent workflows and understanding patterns like CLAUDE.md.
• Architectural Instincts to identify duplicated capabilities across products and extract them into well defined shared services.
• Developer Experience Focus that treats internal tooling with the same rigor and standard as external products.
• Golden Path Creation to standardize how AI agents operate autonomously within the software development lifecycle.

Nice to Have

• AI First Workflow Mastery using Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex as a primary development environment.
• Specific Infrastructure Tooling such as Kafka, GCP, or workflow orchestration tools like Temporal or Airflow.
• Domain Context within logistics, supply chain, or operations heavy B2B environments.
