Engagement Model

• Full-time independent contractor role via Deel
• Self-employed setup (own equipment, taxes, and compliance)
• High level of autonomy in execution

Project Context

The team is preparing to launch a U.S. version of the product within a tight timeline. This role will be a key contributor to that launch, owning frontend development to bring the product to production readiness.

Role Overview

Looking for a Frontend Engineer to build scalable, high-performance user interfaces across web, mobile, and desktop platforms. This is a highly autonomous role requiring strong ownership, architectural thinking, and the ability to independently drive solutions from problem to implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate design files (e.g., Figma) into pixel-accurate, production-ready UI
• Build and scale a React-based component system across multiple platforms
• Deliver features end-to-end, including state management, async handling, and backend integration
• Integrate third-party services (auth, analytics, payments, AI APIs)
• Optimize frontend performance (rendering, bundle size, network efficiency)
• Debug issues at root cause level and propose well-reasoned solutions with tradeoffs
• Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and frontend best practices

Required Skills

• Strong experience with React and scalable component architectures
• Proficiency in TypeScript/TSX
• Solid knowledge of modern CSS, HTML, and responsive design
• Proven ability to convert design systems into production UI across platforms
• Deep understanding of component design and reusability patterns
• Strong handling of async state and edge cases
• Experience optimizing frontend performance
• Experience integrating external APIs and managing environments securely
• Strong independent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/LLM-powered interfaces
• Cross-platform development (React Native, Electron, PWA)
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and internationalization
