Distributed VA is a Silicon Valley-based firm searching for a high-performing Full Stack Developer to join our elite engineering squad in Lima, Peru. You aren’t just a coder; you are a technical architect for high-growth US startups. You will be responsible for building the digital products that allow Silicon Valley’s most innovative companies to disrupt global markets.

Your Impact

Working directly with US-based CTOs and Founders, you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and scalable code. We are looking for a product-minded developer who thrives in agile environments, writes clean, maintainable code, and treats every deployment as a mission-critical operation.

Core Objectives

• Feature Engineering: Architect and implement robust, scalable features across the full stack (Node.js/Python/React/Next.js) for premium B2B software applications.
• Infrastructure Management: Own the deployment pipeline using AWS/Azure, ensuring high availability and performance for global user bases.
• API & Systems Integration: Build and maintain secure integrations between core products and third-party tools (Stripe, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
• Code Integrity: Lead code reviews, implement automated testing (Jest/Cypress), and maintain internal documentation to Silicon Valley engineering standards.

What We Look For

• Professional History: 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, specifically within a remote environment or at a high-growth tech startup.
• Communication Skills: Professional-level English (written and verbal). You must be able to explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical American stakeholders.
• Technical Mastery: Strong proficiency in modern Javascript frameworks (React/Next.js) and backend environments (Node.js/Express or Django). Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases is required.
• Hardware & Stability: You are a professional remote operator. You must own a high-performance machine (i7/M2 or better) and have a stable Fiber internet connection with a verified mobile hotspot backup.

• Fixed Base: $1,300 – $2,200 USD Monthly (Highly competitive for the Lima, Peru market for mid-to-senior level talent).
