About the Company

Our hiring partner operates in the enterprise software space, focused on improving how learning, talent, and HR teams plan and execute work. Their platform helps organizations align strategy, allocate resources effectively, and measure the impact of their initiatives.

As enterprise demands evolve, teams are being asked to deliver more with fewer resources and tighter constraints. The company is building a next-generation platform that brings together intelligence, capacity planning, and execution into a unified system.

The Opportunity

The company is entering a new phase of growth and product evolution. After establishing a strong SaaS foundation with enterprise customers, they are now developing a next-generation, AI-native platform designed to:

  • Continuously assess demand across the organization
  • Anticipate and address capacity constraints
  • Coordinate work across internal teams, AI systems, and external contributors
  • Accelerate execution with measurable outcomes

Alongside this, the company is evolving its revenue model to combine subscription-based access with usage-based components tied to AI and external services.

This role will lead that transformation and work closely with executive leadership.

What You’ll Do

Lead the Next-Generation Platform

  • Own product and technology strategy end-to-end
  • Drive the development of an AI-native, highly automated platform
  • Design workflows that integrate AI into planning, prioritization, and execution

Guide Platform Evolution

  • Support and maintain the existing product used by current customers
  • Define and execute a clear transition strategy to the new platform

  • Enable dynamic scaling of work based on demand

Support Business Model Innovation

  • Align product capabilities with both subscription and usage-based revenue streams
  • Ensure accurate tracking and governance of usage

Unify Product and Engineering

  • Lead product and engineering as a single, aligned function

  • Build a high-performing team that delivers consistently and efficiently

Drive an AI-First Development Culture

  • Implement AI-assisted development practices
  • Improve development speed while maintaining quality
  • Reduce technical debt through better systems and standards
  • Enable engineers to operate more effectively through tooling and processes

What Success Looks Like

  • The new platform is successfully launched and adopted by customers
  • Existing customers transition smoothly with minimal disruption
  • AI is embedded into core workflows, not just added features
  • External capacity is integrated into execution models
  • The product supports both recurring and usage-based growth
  • Product and engineering teams operate with speed, clarity, and consistency
