Job Overview

As our GHL and n8n Specialist, you’ll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining automation workflows that connect our tools, streamline our processes, and increase productivity across teams. You will collaborate with product, ops, and engineering teams to identify repetitive tasks and implement automated solutions using n8n and other low-code tools.

As part of the Luna Joy team, you will play an essential role in directly supporting the mental health journey of one million women through purpose-driven innovation, unwavering compassion, and transformative care. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain n8n workflows to automate business processes.
• Integrate third-party tools and APIs (e.g., HubSpot, Airtable, Slack, Google Sheets, CRMs, webhooks).
• Analyze internal operations and identify automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, support, ops) to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Monitor and maintain automation reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Ensure proper documentation of workflows, triggers, error handling, and versioning.
• Build reusable templates/modules for repeatable automations.
• Stay up to date on the latest in no-code/low-code tools and automation trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with n8n (self-hosted or cloud), ideally in a professional or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of API integrations, webhooks, and JSON/XML data structures.
• Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), Airtable, Slack, Google Workspace, CRMs, and email platforms.
• Understanding of basic logic flows, error handling, and conditional operations.
• Some scripting experience (e.g., JavaScript, Python) is a plus, especially for custom functions in nodes.
• Experience with process mapping and business workflow optimization.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with automation in a healthcare or SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with data privacy, HIPAA, or other compliance frameworks.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or data pipelines.
