Staff Fullstack Engineer – 100% remote - B2B SaaS (Customer Success Platform)

We’re working with a fast-growing B2B SaaS company in the customer success space that is building a modern platform to help businesses better understand, engage, and retain their customers through data-driven insights and automation.

They’re looking for a true fullstack engineer (50/50 frontend & backend) to help scale their product and build high-impact features end-to-end.

About the Role

This is a high-ownership position where you’ll work across the entire stack, building product features from concept to production. You’ll be shaping both user-facing experiences and backend systems, while collaborating closely with product and design.

This is not a “ticket-taking” role — you’ll be expected to think in terms of systems, tradeoffs, and product impact.

What You’ll Do

• Build end-to-end features across frontend and backend
• Develop new user-facing functionality using modern web technologies
• Design and extend backend systems, APIs, and automation workflows
• Improve system reliability, scalability, and maintainability
• Contribute to reusable components and internal tooling
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams
• Take ownership of projects and proactively suggest improvements

What They’re Looking For (Must-Have)

• Strong experience with TypeScript and React
• Strong backend experience (APIs, data modeling, system design)
• Proven experience in startup environments
• Strong leadership and ownership mindset (Staff-level / IC6)
• Experience building customer-facing products
• Ability to design and deliver features end-to-end
• Strong problem-solving and product thinking
