Our hiring partner is a B2B SaaS company that builds customer relationship management (CRM) solutions designed to help businesses strengthen client engagement, streamline workflows, and drive growth.

We’re looking for an AI-first UX/UI Designer to join the Product team. This is not a traditional design role—you’ll leverage generative AI as a core part of your workflow to accelerate output, elevate quality, and help redefine how design is done in a modern SaaS environment.

This is a hybrid role based in Vancouver.

Reporting to Product leadership, you’ll play a key role in shaping how ideas move from concept to polished experiences through rapid iteration and close collaboration with Product and Engineering.

What you’ll do

• Drive rapid iteration from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes
• Create wireframes, UI designs, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate workflows and improve output quality
• Help define and evolve an AI-enabled design process and best practices
• Build and maintain scalable design systems
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and leadership to explore and refine features
• Use design as a tool for discovery, not just execution
• Translate complex concepts into intuitive user experiences

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing both design execution and problem-solving
• Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools (e.g., for ideation, UI generation, prototyping, or workflows) to significantly improve speed and output quality
• Clear examples or stories of how you’ve used AI to increase productivity, iterate faster, or elevate design quality
• Degree or diploma in UX/UI Design or a related field
• Experience designing for B2B SaaS products (CRM experience is a strong asset)
• Familiarity with financial services (wealth management, insurance) is a bonus
• Strong understanding of modern UX/UI trends, design systems, and AI-driven design workflows
• A mindset geared toward continuous improvement, with the ability to help evolve how design is practiced in an AI-first world
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams
• A team-first attitude with a willingness to contribute across projects big and small
• Experience working with best-in-class design tools such as Figma, Miro, pioneer generative models (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.), UX Pilot, and more.
