We are hiring Senior Engineers to join different product teams.

⚠️ While the role can be full-stack, it is heavily backend-oriented, and the team is open to interviewing 100% Backend Engineers as well.

Level and compensation will be determined based on experience and interview performance, and salary is negotiable for the right candidate.

What You’ll Work On

• Build and scale backend systems powering core business operations
• Develop and maintain APIs and integrations with external partners
• Contribute to user-facing features when needed (depending on your profile)
• Improve system performance, scalability, and code quality
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design to deliver impactful solutions.

Requirements

Experience

• 7+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
• Experience building and maintaining production systems
• Solid understanding of backend architecture and APIs

Nice to Have

• Experience with React (not mandatory for backend-focused profiles)
• Experience with third-party integrations
