The Role

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer who can work across the entire stack — from backend services and APIs to responsive frontend interfaces. Engineers take end-to-end ownership of features, from database schema design to UI implementation. We are heavily investing in AI-accelerated development and seek engineers excited about leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and engineering velocity.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end features using Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, and Angular.

• Own the full lifecycle of features, from database schema to UI component.

• Collaborate within agile product teams and participate in code reviews.

• Partner with designers and product managers to deliver complete solutions.

• Solve complex technical problems and improve development practices.

• Leverage AI coding assistants and help establish AI-assisted development workflows.

• Evaluate emerging AI tools to improve code quality, testing, and productivity.

MUST Requirements

✅ Recent startup experience
✅ Uses AI tools daily (Claude, Cursor, or Copilot)
✅ Has shipped features end-to-end — UI and backend
✅ Real and recent Angular or React production experience
✅ Recent Java experience on the backend
✅ +5 years working with Java and React/Angular
✅ Communicates clearly and confidently in English
✅ Hands-on and technical — IC mindset, not a manager

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LLMs and agentic AI solutions.

• PostgreSQL and BigQuery experience.

• Google Cloud Platform experience.

• Familiarity with multi-tenant SaaS architectures.

• NGXS or similar state management tools.

• Angular Material component libraries.

• GraphQL, ETL pipelines, CI/CD practices.

• Frontend optimization and build tooling knowledge.

• Architecture discussions and mentoring experience.

• Proven success in fast-paced environments.
