• Help scale a high-performing engineering organization.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years as a Tech Lead or Engineering Manager.
• Strong hands-on coding and system design experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments.
• Clear communicator who can simplify complex technical ideas.
• Experience with agile, performance management, and scalable systems.
• Based in—or open to relocating to—Calgary, AB.
