About the Role

The company is hiring Backend Product Engineers to join the platform team responsible for building the core infrastructure that powers the product. This team focuses on creating scalable systems that enable data ingestion, processing, and querying at large scale.

What You’ll Work On

• Designing and building high-scale data pipelines capable of handling large volumes of telemetry data
• Developing resilient backend services in Go
• Solving complex data engineering challenges related to storage, querying, and performance optimization
• Working with high-performance databases (e.g., columnar data stores) to efficiently manage large datasets
• Contributing to the architecture of distributed systems, including microservices and data routing
• Enabling integration with multiple data sources to support future product features

Impact & Growth Expectations

• In the first few months, contribute to key improvements in data ingestion and processing systems
• Over time, become a subject matter expert in core backend components and support other engineers
• Play a key role in evolving the platform architecture to support future scalability and product expansion

What They’re Looking For

• Strong experience building and scaling distributed backend systems, ideally in Go
• Hands-on experience with high-performance data stores such as ClickHouse
• Solid understanding of data pipelines and performance optimization
• Experience designing robust APIs and working with distributed system architectures
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
• Interest in observability and improving developer experience
