Most Important

• Strong software engineering background with proven experience building meaningful production software.
• Deep understanding of software development terminology and concepts across multiple technology stacks (Generalist mindset).
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, for conducting interviews and writing reports.
• Ability to objectively assess technical proficiency and soft skills to ensure high-quality vetting.
• Must be available to collaborate and attend stand-up meetings during LATAM morning hours.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a hiring capacity, technical recruiting, or conducting technical interviews.
• Background in career coaching, mentorship, or talent acquisition.
• Prior experience working 100% remotely in a distributed, cross-functional team.
