About the Role

We are seeking an AI Prompt Engineer to lead the rapid identification, design, and prototyping of AI-assisted enterprise technology solutions within a regulated financial services environment.

This role focuses on applying AI to boost productivity, strengthen platform capability, and improve outcomes for clients. You will work hands-on with AI coding tools to accelerate prototype development, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, engineers, and data scientists through rapid iteration sprints.

This is a new and evolving capability at the intersection of business analysis, AI-assisted development, and delivery excellence. The role requires strong execution discipline, stakeholder engagement, and comfort operating within enterprise governance and risk frameworks.

Most Important

• Hands-on development experience with Acurity within a superannuation administration or registry environment.
• Demonstrated hands-on fluency with AI coding tools such as Replit, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar, to rapidly prototype and iterate solutions.
• Strong experience working within enterprise technology environments, including APIs, system integrations, data models, security, and deployment practices.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and working sessions with business users, engineers, and senior stakeholders.
• Experience taking solutions from prototype to MVP to production in real-world environments.
• Comfort operating in regulated or risk-aware environments, with attention to compliance, auditability, and security
• Ability to work with at least 6 hours of overlap with AEST

• Background in financial services, superannuation, pensions, or other highly regulated industries
• Experience working closely with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, or Platform Engineers
• Experience supporting knowledge transfer and transition to business-as-usual or scale teams
