About the Role

Join a specialist AI and data technology partner dedicated to transforming the Financial Services & Insurance (FSI) industry. You will lead the architecture and delivery of secure, scalable AI solutions—from advanced analytics to cutting-edge Agentic AI—for major banks, insurers, and wealth managers. This is a high-impact role where you will drive real-world business outcomes while ensuring strict governance and compliance standards in a highly regulated environment.

Most Important

• 8+ years of experience in data and AI, with at least 3–5 years in a solutions or enterprise architecture capacity.
• Proven track record delivering production-grade AI solutions within highly regulated industries (Banking, Insurance, or Wealth Management).
• Hands-on expertise designing Machine Learning pipelines, Generative AI applications, and Agentic AI systems (autonomous agents, orchestration, and feedback loops).
• Strong understanding of cloud-native AI architectures and their integration with enterprise security frameworks.
• Experience implementing Responsible AI frameworks and model risk management strategies.

Nice to Have

• Experience with modern agent frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks, and vector search technologies.
• Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, Google Professional ML Engineer, or TOGAF).
