This team works hands-on with large enterprises to design, build, and ship AI-powered solutions that deliver measurable operational impact.

About the Role

This is a highly customer-facing engineering role. You will operate at the intersection of AI engineering, product delivery, and enterprise consulting — embedding with customer teams, shaping use cases, and taking solutions from first prototype through to stable production.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Delivery

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI agents and applications, from discovery and technical scoping through to production deployment
• Work directly with customer engineering, product, and business stakeholders on-site and remotely
• Translate ambiguous business problems into clear technical architectures and working solutions

AI & Agent Engineering

• Design and build agent-based systems using leading LLM platforms and related tooling
• Orchestrate multi-agent workflows, tool use, and memory patterns
• Implement evaluation frameworks to validate behavior, reliability, and business outcomes

Build & Deploy

• Develop production-quality software primarily in Python, with strong capability in TypeScript where required
• Package and deploy solutions to customer environments including cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) and on-premise
• Support containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines

Operate & Improve

• Monitor performance, reliability, and usage post-deployment
• Improve observability, logging, and security controls
• Build internal tooling, reusable modules, and playbooks to accelerate future deployments

Product & Feedback Loop

• Share structured feedback from the field with product and research teams
• Influence roadmap decisions based on real-world customer usage and constraints

Required Experience & Skills

• 4+ years of experience building and shipping production-grade software
• Hands-on experience working with LLMs, generative AI, or agentic systems in enterprise contexts
• Strong foundations in Python and TypeScript with clean, maintainable coding practices
• Experience designing distributed systems, APIs, and data pipelines
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments with incomplete requirements
• Excellent customer-facing skills with strong communication and "bedside manner"
• Ability to communicate clearly with engineers, product leaders, and executives

Highly Desirable

• Experience in forward-deployed, solutions engineering, or technical consulting roles
• Deep exposure to agent orchestration frameworks, tool calling, retrieval and memory architectures, evaluation and prompt/system optimization
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform or similar IaC tools, and enterprise integrations (ERP, CRM, data platforms)
• Background in regulated or complex enterprise environments
• Experience mentoring engineers or leading small delivery teams
