About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a strong background in building web applications and server development. You'll be developing the core platform and web app using Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js. If you have 5+ years of experience and are excited about building AI-powered products that solve real problems for modern teams, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development: Architect, develop, and maintain robust web applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript on the frontend, and Node.js/TypeScript on the backend.
• UI/UX Implementation: Collaborate closely with design to transform designs into engaging, responsive user interfaces using TailwindCSS and ShadCN UI components.
• Monorepo Management: Utilize TurboRepo to efficiently manage the codebase, ensuring scalability and maintainability across multiple projects.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and enhance application performance, ensuring fast load times and a seamless user experience.
• Integration & Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with founders and fellow engineers to ship the features customers are asking for.
• Code Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable code and advocate for best practices in code standards, testing, and deployment processes.
• Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute innovative ideas to improve the platform and technology stack.

About You

• Technical Proficiency: You have strong experience with Next.js, React, and TypeScript on the frontend, and Node.js/TypeScript on the backend. Experience with Python (FastAPI or similar) is a plus.
• Design Sensibility: You have an eye for detail and can implement pixel-perfect UIs that align with design specs.
• Tooling Expert: You're proficient with modern development tools including TurboRepo for monorepo management and have experience with TailwindCSS/ShadCN for styling.
• Problem Solver: You excel at diagnosing issues and devising efficient solutions in complex systems.
• Automation Enthusiast: You believe in automating repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and consistency.
