Position Overview

The company is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer focused on Agentic AI features. In this role, you’ll design, build, and deliver software solutions across the stack—from agent architectures and data systems to mobile app integrations and developer workflows. You’ll collaborate closely with product teams to solve real customer problems and directly influence product direction, with an initial focus on mobile app personalization and AI-driven optimization. Strong experience with large language models (LLMs) and data analysis is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI features leveraging LLMs and other AI technologies
• Design, maintain, and version Model Context Protocol (MCP) specs to enable secure in-product agents to call internal APIs and third-party tools
• Add Agentic AI capabilities to the company’s drag-and-drop dashboard for customer use
• Fine-tune prompts to improve AI performance and accuracy
• Collaborate with product teams to refine AI-driven features based on feedback and business needs
• Process and analyze large datasets to generate insights and support AI-driven reports
• Stay updated on AI/ML advancements and apply new techniques to improve product features
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI models, ensuring robust and reliable performance
• Document development processes, model performance, and cost optimization strategies

Required Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications, RAG systems, or Agentic AI
• Strong Python and TypeScript skills with solid software engineering fundamentals
• Understanding of distributed systems, API design, and cloud-native architectures
• Experience with prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases
• End-to-end software development experience: frontend, pipelines, tests, monitoring, and scalability
• Familiarity with agentic coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate development
• Strong data analysis skills to leverage data for AI-generated reports
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional teams

• Experience deploying AI systems on cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
• High ownership, accountability, and initiative
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments with rapid prototyping and iteration

Education & Experience

• 5+ years of production software development experience, with a track record of shipping high-quality solutions
• Proven experience developing and deploying AI models in production
• Experience collaborating with product teams and using data to drive feature development
