About the Role

We’re looking for a Blockchain Developer to design, build, and ship early-stage decentralized and blockchain-based systems. You’ll focus on on-chain logic, protocol interactions, and integrations with off-chain services, working closely with founders to turn ideas into production-ready systems.

This role is hands-on and execution-driven, ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, ambiguity, and building blockchain systems from first principles.

What You’ll Do

Blockchain & Smart Contracts

• Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity
• Implement on-chain business logic for decentralized applications
• Integrate smart contracts with blockchain networks and protocols
• Ensure contract security, reliability, and performance (testing, audits, best practices)
• Work with wallets, transactions, and blockchain data structures

Blockchain Integrations & Systems

• Build and maintain integrations between on-chain systems and off-chain services
• Support wallet flows, authentication, and transaction lifecycle management
• Collaborate on token mechanics, governance logic, and protocol-level features
• Optimize contract interactions for gas efficiency and scalability

Collaboration & Execution

• Work directly with founders in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment
• Translate high-level concepts into working blockchain systems
• Push back on unclear or unrealistic requirements with clear technical reasoning
• Participate in technical due diligence for new product ideas
• Collaborate across AI, payments, and distributed systems when needed

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Solidity and smart contract development
• Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals (consensus, transactions, state, gas)
• Experience integrating smart contracts with off-chain systems
• Familiarity with Ethereum or EVM-compatible chains
• Ability to build and ship independently end-to-end
• Strong product and systems thinking
• Comfort making architectural and tooling decisions

Nice to Have

• Experience with Web3 libraries such as ethers.js or web3.js
• Smart contract security or auditing experience
• Token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155)
• Payments, DeFi, or protocol-level experience
• Authentication, identity, or wallet infrastructure experience
• DevOps or cloud experience
• Familiarity with AI-enabled or distributed systems
