About the Role

We’re seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Engineer with strong backend expertise in Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask), and frontend experience in React or Angular, to build scalable web applications on AWS. You’ll collaborate with a global engineering team, contribute to architecture decisions, and ship high-performance, customer-focused features.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python
• Build intuitive and responsive UI components with Angular or React
• Implement cloud-native features using AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, ECS, DynamoDB, etc.)
• Ensure code quality through automated testing, CI/CD, and best security practices
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and QA teams in an agile environment
• Optimize system performance and scalability for high-volume usage
• Participate in code reviews and technical planning

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Python backend frameworks
• Production experience with Angular or React
• Deep understanding of AWS architecture and serverless or container-based deployments
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven design
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows
• Excellent communication in English (written & verbal)
• Must be based in Latin America with overlapping time zones to North America
