About the Opportunity

Our client is hiring Senior Software Engineers to help build the next generation of merchant to consumer experiences within a growing Consumer Experience group. This team is reshaping the post purchase journey in the intelligent supply chain orchestration space. The work blends backend engineering in TypeScript with frontend interaction in React and gives you full ownership of features from specification through to deployment.

You will build scalable backend services, integrate cleanly with the frontend, and design solutions that support millions of consumers who rely on proactive communication and seamless control of their delivery experience. This is a role for someone who enjoys architectural decision making, solving complex logic problems, and producing branded customer experiences that feel effortless on the surface but are technically sophisticated underneath.

The environment is fast paced and collaborative. You will work across product, design, and engineering teams, influence specifications, and help lift engineering standards while contributing to a culture of learning and technical excellence.

Collaboration Requirements: Ability to overlap 6 hours with EST/EDT (USA).

Years of Experience Required: 

• 5+ years in software engineering with a strong track record in modern web development and distributed systems.

Required Language:  English (Advanced)

Key Tools: TypeScript | React | GCP

Required Technical Ability

• At least five years of software engineering experience with strong capability in modern web development and distributed systems
• Deep expertise in TypeScript for backend services on Node
• Strong competency with React for frontend interaction
• Proven ability to own the full software development lifecycle from ideation to coding, testing, and deployment
• Experience architecting complex, secure, high performance systems, preferably on GCP
• Ability to design systems that handle large and evolving datasets
• Capability to provide technical guidance to junior engineers
• Experience collaborating with Product, Design, and engineers to deliver high quality features

Highly Desired Experience

• Direct experience in logistics, supply chain, or 3PL software
• Previous work in a startup or scale up environment
• Familiarity with state management tools such as Redux or Zustand
• Experience with event streaming technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Exposure to real time applications using WebSockets or Server Sent Events
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or DataDog
• Strong knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright
