About the Opportunity

Our client is looking for an experienced AI Automation Engineer with deep hands on expertise in agentic frameworks and end to end automation solutions. This role focuses on building intelligent systems that can plan tasks, make decisions, take autonomous actions, and integrate seamlessly with data pipelines and dynamic user interfaces. The work is high visibility and directly contributes to demonstrating superior technical capability compared to competing vendors.

You will design and ship agentic systems that interact in real time with both backend services and React driven front ends. You will also contribute to ingestion pipelines, workflow orchestration, and scalable automation services built with TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and modern UI components. The environment suits a proactive builder who can balance autonomy with cross functional collaboration, maintain strong engineering standards, and deliver clean, reliable automation at pace.

Start Date: Immediate hire but understands time is needed to find the right candidate.

Collaboration requirements: 4 hrs overlap CST

Years of experience required:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in software development, automation, and system integration.

Required Language:  English (Advanced)

Key Tools: TypeScript | Python | React |  Node.js | Python

Required Technical Ability

• Between eight and ten years of experience in software development, automation, or system integration
• Strong hands on experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, BabyAGI, or custom built agent systems
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and React
• Strong understanding of data ingestion pipelines and workflow orchestration
• Experience integrating front end applications with AI or LLM powered backend logic
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM APIs
• Ability to design, build, and deploy autonomous automation systems
• Experience leading debugging, testing, and deployment cycles with a focus on maintainable code

Highly Desired Experience

• Experience delivering AI or LLM driven automation solutions in production
• Exposure to modern agentic patterns and reinforcement learning based automation
• Background working with complex data pipelines and multi system integrations
• Experience in high pace delivery environments or vendor competitive settings

• Ability to work independently and take clear ownership of project modules
• Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating across engineering, product, and design
