Your role

• Lead the development of user-facing features using React and Next.js, delivering smooth, engaging interfaces.
• Own projects end-to-end: from scoping and design through build, release, and iteration.
• Navigate trade-offs with a focus on speed and outcomes, even when requirements are unclear.
• Work directly with customers to understand needs, validate ideas, and close feedback loops.
• Collaborate closely with the CTO and cross-functional peers to shape product direction.

What you bring

• 5+ years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer, with strong emphasis on frontend (React, Next.js, TypeScript).
• Solid backend knowledge (Node.js, APIs, microservices) and ability to contribute across the stack.
• Strong product intuition: able to prioritize scope, sequence work, and make sound trade-offs.
• Customer-centric mindset: comfortable engaging with users, troubleshooting issues, and translating feedback into solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, able to operate effectively in ambiguous contexts. Availability for collaboration during EST hours.
