About the Company
The company builds a B2B SaaS platform that helps field service businesses streamline their operations — from scheduling and dispatching to customer management and billing.
The business has grown at triple-digit rates year over year and now operates with a tight-knit team of about 15 people. With ambitious plans to double revenue within the next two years, they are looking for a product manager who thrives in a high-impact, collaborative environment. This role offers autonomy, ownership, and the opportunity to directly shape both the product and the company’s trajectory.
What Success Looks Like

- Industry Knowledge: Act as an in-house expert on winter operations, compliance, and field-service best practices.
- Technology Awareness: Stay ahead of relevant technical trends and recommend opportunities to future-proof the platform.
Qualifications
- Experience: Around 10 years of professional experience, with 3–5+ years specifically in SaaS product management (ideally at a growth-stage startup). Proven success in end-to-end product ownership.
- Education: Degree in business, IT, or operations; additional training/certification in product management is a plus.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong comfort working with engineering teams and making technical tradeoffs; exposure to payment systems in SaaS is an advantage.
- Analytical Skills: Skilled in using data to drive decisions; comfortable with product analytics tools.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to simplify complex workflows into user-friendly solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
