With a team of three, we scaled to a $1 million annualized run rate in just a few months, and we are now hiring a key engineer to help us reach $10 million within the next year.

Role

We’re hiring a founding engineer to join our team, with the opportunity to advance into a senior leadership role that includes substantial equity and salary.

This is a rare chance to join a scrappy, high-caliber group that is disrupting a massive, antiquated industry. Our ideal candidate loves building from scratch, thrives in ambiguity, and can quickly ship high-quality software using modern development frameworks.

As a founding engineer, you will have the autonomy to create new products and features while directly influencing the company’s success. You’ll work closely with the founder to make major technology decisions, shape the company’s future, and help build a world-class engineering team in the years ahead.

Responsibilities:

• Build new products and features using full-stack development frameworks.
• Improve user experience by incorporating customer feedback and roadmap goals.
• Optimize the success of our AI system through prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and testing
• Identify and fix bugs while maintaining a scalable code architecture

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in React JS, Node JS, AWS, Firebase, SQL, and GPT-4o or other LLMs
• Experience building products in a production environment, either while building your own startup, working at an early-stage startup, or developing your own meaningful project from scratch
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of assignments
• Experience or interest in voice AI
