Their flagship product, the Voltage wearable, protects thousands of frontline workers from electrical hazards—and recently won Best Product at the 2025 IEEE Electrical Safety Workshop. And they’re not stopping there.

They’re now scaling rapidly, bringing new safety technologies to market across construction, manufacturing, and utilities. They’re a tight-knit, fast-moving team of builders who care deeply about what they do. When you write code, it ships fast—and helps protect real people doing critical, high-risk work.

They’re looking for a Principal Developer & Technical Lead to own their full-stack platform and lead their software team forward. This role is 85% high-impact coding, 15% team leadership and mentorship—and 100% essential to their next stage of growth.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full stack. Frontend, backend, mobile, cloud, infrastructure. You’ll set the technical tone across everything we build.

• Set the bar. Establish and uphold elite standards for code quality, velocity, and reliability. We ship fast but smart.

• Architect and execute. Design scalable systems that balance speed, security, and maintainability—then bring them to life.

• Lead by example. Be a mentor, a code reviewer, and a force multiplier for the current 4-person dev team.

• Collaborate deeply. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with our CTO on architectural decisions—and help free them to focus on hardware and firmware.

Who You Are

A true builder—someone who ships fast, owns outcomes, and thrives in high-autonomy environments.


• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience, with a clear track record of shipping great products at speed. We care more about what you actually accomplished than your education and pedigree. 

• Fluent in React, Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, and scalable systems architecture.

• Deeply curious—able to understand and interface with embedded systems and hardware/firmware teams.

• You care about the team—not just your own commits. You’ve mentored, coached, and lifted others up.

• You’ve worked across domains—web, mobile, embedded, cloud—and can connect the dots across them.

• You start your application with the words “IReadItAll” to show us you care about the details.


Bonus Points For

• Experience in IoT, robotics, automation, or manufacturing

• Familiarity with Pulsar, Pinot, or real-time event-driven systems

• Native mobile experience (Swift or Kotlin)

• Strong knowledge of data privacy/security/GDPR
