Role Overview: 

We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager who will own the product end-to-end and drive its success in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will work closely alongside the development team, leading the entire product lifecycle — from defining the product vision and roadmap to coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring the product effectively supports our company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product from ideation through delivery and beyond, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements that drive maximum impact.
• Collaborate daily with the development team, providing clear requirements, feedback, and support to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, design, and customer success teams to gather insights, validate assumptions, and ensure successful product launches.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, release, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to inform future iterations and drive ongoing enhancements.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on involvement in the product development process, adapting quickly to changing priorities and market needs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience owning and managing the end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Strong hands-on approach with the ability to work closely alongside development teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
• Experience in defining product vision, creating roadmaps, and prioritizing features based on business goals.
• Comfortable working in an agile environment and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Passion for building products that deliver real value to users and the business.
• Prior experience in real estate technology or SaaS products is a plus.

Compensation

CAD $70–80K (remote) | $100–110K + stock options (post-relocation)
