As a Full-Stack Developer, you’ll work alongside our CTO/Co-founder and founding technical team to design, develop, and scale the next generation of AI-driven education tools. You’ll build across the entire stack, focusing on Next.js, TypeScript, and React, creating seamless, high-performance applications that make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, high-performance web applications using Next.js, TypeScript, and React
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services
• Build intuitive, responsive front-end experiences that integrate seamlessly with backend systems
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to define and deliver new features
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability
• Own features end-to-end, from architecture to deployment
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring high standards and best practices
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and push for innovation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong proficiency in Next.js and TypeScript
• Expertise in React for building modern, dynamic applications
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with Git and database systems (SQL, NoSQL like MongoDB)
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a builder’s mindset

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Python for automation or backend development
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Knowledge of state management libraries (Redux, Context API)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerization (Docker)
