Not on the Unlimited plan. You pay the monthly subscription and hire as many engineers as you want. There are no placement fees, no success fees, and no percentage taken from the engineer's salary. What you pay the engineer is exactly what they receive.
Yes. The Free plan lets you post one job, explore the platform, and receive five curated candidate profiles per week via Candidate Drop — no credit card required. You only need to upgrade when you're ready to hire actively.
Yes. We offer a no-strings-attached job posting so you can see real candidates applying to your role before subscribing. The posting is anonymized — your company name won't appear. You only subscribe once you find someone worth interviewing.
On the Unlimited plan, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee — if you haven't interviewed anyone or aren't satisfied for any reason in the first month, we'll refund you in full. On the Enterprise plan, hires are protected by a 90-day replacement guarantee.
